Malahide Guest Rooms - Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing to book with Malahide Guest Rooms. We look forward to welcoming you. When you make this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions below.
1. Prices: The price includes accommodation only. Breakast is not included and we do not serve breakfast. We accept the following forms of payment: Booking through the website link (Stripe) or call us and we provide a Stripe payment link. All stays must be paid in full before arrival or as stated at the time of booking. The Management reserves the right to cancel any booking without notice if not paid prior to arrival.
2. Cancellation: Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and cancellation policy applies.
- 100% refund for bookings cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival date.
- 50% refund for bookings cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival date.
3. Non-availability: We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
4. Check-in time: Chek-in time is from 3:00pm to 9:00pm. Early check in is not possible, thank you for your understanding. If you wish to check in after 9:00pm, please notify us in advance and we will provide late check in details for you (lock box).
5. Check-out time: Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 11:00am on the day of departure.
6. Damages, Breakages and Lost Key: Please take care with our accommodation facilities. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage that is caused while you occupy the room including any accidents that may occur. If any damage is caused you may be responsible up to the full cost of replacement or repair. This also applies to anything that goes missing from your room during your stay. One key lost will incure EUR 20 charge for a replacement.
7. Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions while staying in the guesthouse.
8. Parking: We provide free parking at the front of the guesthouse to our guests. It is guest own risk to park at the guesthouse.
9. Internet Access: We provide free Wi-Fi in all common areas and most bedrooms. As the service is beyond our control, we cannot guarantee internet access quality.
10. No Smoking: All public areas and guest bedrooms are non smoking. Should you found to be smoking in your room a charge of EUR 250 will be made to cover the extra cleaning of furnishings and fabrics.
11. Pets: Pets are not permitted.
12. Parties and non-guests: No parties allowed. Non-guests are not allowed to the guesthouse without staff permission.
13. Right to refuse entry: The Staff reserve the right to refuse entry for any guest if the staff have a reasonable belief that there could otherwise be antisocial or disruptive behavior towards themselves or other guests. We have a zero tolerance towards abusive, agressive or offensive behavior towards any of our staff members.
